Because of the family holiday, Ryan missed his early morning workout, and was feeling it. This morning he had an observer.

Camia had to get in on the action too
She doesn't mind working out - she enjoys doing it with me when I do it in the mornings - sometimes. She wanted to learn how to do a jumping jack, so Ryan tried to teach her. She needs to learn coordination before she can get these down pat.
