Painting

While feeling a little guilty about pushing Camia away, the other day I called Camia out of quiet time early while Caleb was still napping to spend some time with her. We started out by painting some pictures.

She decided that she should make some pictures for her friends for Valentines Day. She filled up my fridge with drying pictures. There are a few that I didn't let her give away because I wanted them for myself.

She also decided that we should make cookies for her friends too, so that is what we did next. We made heart shaped cookies with pink icing and red and white decorations. I didn't take a photo, unfortunately, but she did a good job decorating them. Its fun to see how when she started out doing artsy things they were just blobs of colours all mixed together. Now, she can draw pictures and keep colours separate...for the most part. The cookies were pretty too. We also played cards, Uno and Monopoly again. We both enjoyed our time together.
